DESCRIPTION:London’s only regular Italian pizzica night  ft Pizziche\, tarantelle\, stornelli\, joy and dance to the rhythm of the tamburello.\n\n\nAMARATERRA \nBased in London\, fast-paced dance-crazy party-driven pizzica and tarantella roots band from Salento and Southern Italy. \n A group of passionate expats from the Salento\, Amaraterra has grown into a multi-national ensemble\, presenting its audience with a joyful and energetic selection of pizzica and roots music from all over the south of Italy\, and adapting its style of music to the vibrant and cosmopolitan world music scene without weakening the links to its traditional musical canon. \n \nDJ ROBERTA CUTOLO \nA long time heavy music head originally from Bari\, Puglia living in London for 30 years+. With an incredible knowledge and refined taste about anything authentic\, soulful and sonically meaningful Roberta is most definitely somebody who knows how to read a room – curating an event or playing a set to an amazing space is for Roberta something that most of the times aims at making her audiences feel at ease – engaged and open to let go…and ultimately the idea is to create a sense where joining the dots seems quite a natural thing to do while journeying into sounds – both on vinyl and digital!
