Kanan and Vidushi Malabika Kanan\, she later refined her Purab-aang Thumri style under the legendary Padmabhushan Vidushi Girija Devi. Her deep\, evocative voice is celebrated for its emotional depth and technical brilliance\, particularly in the intricate improvisations of Khayal and the soulful nuances of semi-classical music.An international performer with over four decades of stage experience\, Chandra has graced prestigious global platforms\, including the Southbank Centre\, the Edinburgh Festival\, and a historic performance at the House of Commons in London.
