This fusion reflects both his wandering soul and his open-hearted philosophy: music as a continuous dialogue between cultures\, genres\, and people. \nFor Seddik\, collaboration is everything. He doesn’t dictate to his musicians but invites them to co-create\, to add and shape the music through a collective process. After five decades\, he remains as thrilled by music as the day he first picked up an instrument\, carrying the seeds of everything he learned in the 1960s into every song he writes. \nMore than a musician\, Seddik is a mentor who believes music can reach people where politics cannot. London’s salsa sensation Orquesta Mambarito sets the dancefloor alight! Burning up red-hot classics from 70s New York\, Colombia\, Puerto Rico and beyond\, they should be arrested for arson! Get ready for that infectious Latin Caribbean groove\, big fat horns and killer vocals! The 13-strong group has a classic salsa line-up of trumpets\, trombones\, baritone sax and full Afro-Cuban rhythm section\, fronted by fabulous singers Victor Mastrangioli (Venezuela)\, Diego Abril (Colombia) and Nestor Rojas (Venezuela). ¡A gozar!  \nBandleader David Strahan (baritone sax) brought the group together during dark days of Covid lockdown to make online video recordings of salsa classics like Ray Barretto’s Indestructible. Since unlockdown they have been gigging hard and building up an enthusiastic following in London’s Latino and salsa-dancing communities. They recently played Pizza Express Soho – their first gig in the West End. He started his music career as a bongo player and backing vocalist at the age of 18 in different bands and orchestras in Madrid( Spain) where he grew up. He started singing as a lead vocalist when he arrived in London in 2011 for bands like La Tropical orchestra\, Salseology\, La Rebelión London\, Bacalao\, Los Charlies\, Son Catufa\, Mambarito\, Kumbelé\, Combo Yanzé and more Salsa and tropical projects\, showing his different skills in Latin music singing salsa\, tropical\, bogaloo\, son\, Mambo\, bachata\, cumbia and more.. \nJuan Pachanga‘s nickname is related to a famous song of Ruben Blades; the name lends itself to the idea of having a positive outlook despite difficult circumstances\, and in fact\, the term “pachanga” is slang for dance parties\, meaning “bash” in the sense of a big and loud party. \n \nHe also participates in recording and performing with well-known musicians and singers as Roberto Blades\, Roberto Lugo\, Cheo Andujar\, Pedro Arroyo and part of El Clan del Moro in the UK\, where he recorded 2 songs for his first album (Buscale un sentido a tu vida) between 2019-2020\, followed by many different salsa and tropical projects over the years. Between 2024-2025\, he created his own band project and started preparing his first album\, including his own lyrics and arrangements with many important musicians involved.
