This time we welcome “Eli Rosa de trujillo & Manos Negras” to celebrate Afro-Peruvian cultural month to raise awareness and promote history and cultural contribution of female artists and Afro descendant population in Latin America. \n  \nELI is one of the sweetest voices and most popular emerging artists in promoting peruvian music in the city\, her show was one of thr highlights performances this year at Kew Gardens peruvian orchids exhibition alongside Manos Negras\,a dynamic Afro-Peruvian band led by multi-percussionist Kieffer Santander\, known for its energetic performances and rich musical traditions. The band\, founded in 2001\, brings Afro-Peruvian rhythms and melodies to international stages\, blending elements of Peruvian Creole music with Afro and indigenous influences. Kieffer Santander\, a key figure in the band\, is a musician and composer with extensive experience in Latin percussion. The band will also feature musicians Cesar Vilcherrez & Gabriel Jimenez on guitars and Theo Archer\, bass guitar. \n  \nELI\, Rosa de trujillo & Manos Negras will showcase Afro Peruvian traditional live music by well known female singers from Peru playing the likes of Victoria Santacruz\, Eva Ayllon\, Susana Baca\, lucila campos\, Lucha Reyes and ⁰national anthems from Zambo Cavero\, Los Hermanos Vallumbrosio and Nicomedez SantaCruz a pioneer in modern Afro-Peruvian poetry\, journalism and music who is the representative icon for this month to immerse yourself into this amazing culture and their people from Peru. \n  \nThe show is based in different rhythms of black Peruvian music such as Festejos\, Landos\, Socabones\, Zamacuecas. Although remixing around 250 records in his career\, Paul landed one of dance music’s seminal crossover moments with his 1994\, Tinman\, “18 Strings” global hit. Into the 00s\, he also wrote and produced music for major BBC TV shows\, worked in A&R  for Mercury Records and created mash-up mixes for BBC Radio 1.

McGrath’s summer single “All That I Want” made its debut with a music video premiere on CMT in the top 5 and receiving a personal congratulatory endorsement for the song via Twitter from rock legend\, Mick Jagger. \n \nIn 2018 after signing a second publishing deal with Luna Music Group\, McGrath became an official CMA artist and completed multiple successful tours in the US\, UK and Europe promoting her EP “Kites”. Among the festival dates included sharing the stage as supporting act for Eric Clapton\, Bruce Springsteen and The Rolling Stones at the sold out British Summertime Festival in Hyde Park\, London. In 2025 McGrath has been writing a highly anticipated new album to be released later this year. DESCRIPTION:Balkan beats and Latin rhythms: it’s the funky fusion you need!\n\n\nLos Kamer is a fusion band that mixes Latin rhythms and Balkan beats into all-original compositions. Founded in Ixtapaluca (Mexico)\, they have been musical nomads whose sound has reached Europe\, where they have completed successfully eight tours between 2015 and 2024. Some of the countries in which they’ve shared their music are: United Kingdom\, Hungary\, the Netherlands\, Germany\, Italy\, Belgium\, Poland\, France and Switzerland\, Japan… among many others. And they were able to perform at major festivals such as: Masala Weltbeat Festival (DE)\, Landjuweel (NL)\, Goulash Disko (HR)\, Boomtown Fair 2017\, 2018\, 2022 (UK)\, Glastonbury Festival 2019 (UK) and Pannonica Folk Festival (PL).  \nTheir music follows the flourishing of BalkanMex and is influenced by Äl Jawala\, Besh o Drom\, Fanfare Ciocârlia\, Taraf de Haïdouks\, Amsterdam Klezmer Band\, Manu Chao and Emir Kusturica\, for whom they opened a concert on October 6th\, 2022 as part of his farewell tour with The Non Smoking Orchestra. Also in October but 2023 they opened the show of another big influence\, Dubioza Kolektiv from Bosnia\, on their first tour in Mexico.  \nLos Kamer achieves their own unique sound by merging Latin and Balkan rhythms with Jazz\, Swing\, Western\, Klezmer\, Romani\, Gypsy Punk and traditional Mexican music. The result is an explosive and enthralling set that is both celebratory and profound\, guaranteed to make anyone jump up and let loose as well as a subtle ode to the outcasts of this world.  \nIn 2023\, Los Kamer went on their first Asian tour in Japan playing 9 gigs in 13 days in cities like Tokyo\, Kobe and Osaka.
