Tiger Moth attack the stage with an abundance of energy to bring a musical experience like no other.
Started in 2009 by bandleader and songwriter Tim Hole, Tiger Moth is a London-based group playing an eclectic mix of world gypsy folk punk, including Balkan, Middle Eastern, Hispanic, and swing. As part of the burgeoning ‘wiki-core’ movement, Tim’s original songs tell weird and wonderful stories, often about scientific facts and real historical figures. Going to a Tiger Moth show is like going on a wild ride through time and space! They’re an ideal act for folk stages at festivals because their infectious beats always get a crowd up and dancing.
DJ Jamie Renton then steps up to the decks spinning everything from roots reggae to Latin house, ska to funk and soca to the Balkan and beyond, guaranteed to shake your soul!
